By placing an order through artshop.philcrozier.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products & Limited Editions

All limited edition prints are numbered and include a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

  • 20x30” — Limited Edition of 50
  • 30x45” — Limited Edition of 30
  • 40x60” — Limited Edition of 10

Each print is assigned a unique edition number at the time of purchase. Once an edition is sold out, it is permanently closed.

Artist Proofs are retained in the studio and are not part of the numbered edition. Occasional AP releases may occur.

The edition promise applies to the specific size and format only. The artist retains all image rights for use in other formats.

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind. Pricing is available on inquiry and all original artwork sales are final.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • Pricing may change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify. Major credit cards are accepted.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Canada: Shipping included. Archival packaging.
  • United States & International: Currently unavailable. US and international shipping is coming in a future update. If you are located outside Canada, contact us to discuss a custom order.

Orders are shipped from our printing studio in Calgary, Alberta. All shipments are tracked. Please allow time for production and delivery. Any delays will be communicated directly.

4. Damaged or Defective Prints

If your print arrives damaged or defective during transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging

Damage will be assessed; if confirmed, a replacement print will be produced at the same edition number. You keep the edition number you purchased — no new number is issued, so the edition still produces exactly the stated number of prints. The buyer is asked to destroy the damaged print and provide photographic proof of destruction. No refunds are issued for transit damage — replacement is the remedy.

We cannot replace prints reported after the 48-hour window or for damage caused by handling, framing, or storage after delivery.

5. Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted, except in the case of transit damage as described in Section 4.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All works sold through the Phil Crozier Art Shop are the intellectual property of PHOTOPHILCRO Inc. All rights reserved.

Purchase of a print grants private display rights only. The following are prohibited without written consent:

  • Reproduction in any form
  • Commercial use
  • Digital copying or scanning
  • Resale of the image

7. Certificate of Authenticity

Each numbered limited edition print includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity. The studio maintains records of all edition numbers and their owners.

8. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process and fulfill your order. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties, except as required for order fulfillment (e.g., shipping carriers, printing partners).

Marketing communications are opt-in only. You may unsubscribe at any time.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

10. Changes to These Terms

PHOTOPHILCRO Inc. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
